How This Kentucky District Transformed Identity and Access Management with ClassLink
Estill County Schools and ClassLink
Summary: Estill County Schools technology leaders needed a more efficient approach to Identity and Access Management (IAM). Using ClassLink's OneSync and Roster Server “one-stop shop” solutions, the district was able to customize the student and staff data they share with vendors on a granular level, allowing them to transform their data-sharing processes.
Learning Impact: Estill County Schools was able to significantly improve access to digital resources for 2,300 students and reduce the time IT staff spent manually provisioning applications and updating student and staff information, giving them back hours every day they could dedicate to other technical issues.

MaivenPoint Curricula
Singapore Quality Institute and MaivenPoint
Summary: For years, the Singapore Quality Institute (SQI), an organization that helps with professional development, struggled to successfully transition to digital training, create seamless learning experiences, and automate student processes. SQI set a goal to unify the learner experience and support the Singapore SkillsFuture initiative by increasing student registration and engagement as part of a country-wide mission.
Learning Impact: Once implemented, MaivenPoint Curricula, a learning management system integrated with Microsoft 365, saved them over 2,500 hours per year by using sophisticated course creation and lesson delivery features, and it is estimated that they will have an over 1 million USD return on investment in five years. MaivenPoint Curricula allowed SQI to virtualize training and delivery and automate student processes—like digitized attendance tracking, grading, lesson plan assistance, and grants operation alignment with SkillsFuture—at scale all within Microsoft Teams.
